Does the failed window have to be removed to do your restoration work?

No, our patented process removes trapped window moisture without having to take out the window or disturbing exterior window capping or interior/exterior finish.

How long does the process take?

Are you able to remove moisture from windows that have decorative lattice bars inside the window?

Yes, our technicians are fully certified to restore fixed and casement sealed units including double pane and triple pane windows as well as windows with decorative Muntin bars and Low-E windows.

One of my failed windows is on the 3rd floor of my house. Are you able to service it?

A.

Yes, the majority of our work is done outside the house however in situations where height and safety are a factor we will do the work from inside the house. High rise office buildings, condominiums and apartment buildings are other examples where we have restored windows from the inside-out.

How do you get the moisture out of the sealed unit?

A.

Our certified technicians use specially designed tools to work on sealed units. First they drill two small 3 mil. holes in the glass. One in the top corner the other in the lower corner. Next they flush out contaminants and moisture from the sealed unit. Next they drain the unit and close the lower hole with a specially designed transparent plastic seal that bonds to the glass. The top hole is closed with a similar seal that has a micro valve built in. This patented micro valve permits natural evaporation to take place in the unit that will keep the window clear all year round.
